  O’DONOGHUE Mary Ellen 1891-1903; daughter of Daniel O?Donoghue and Johanna nee Boyce; born at Chiltern 1891 [vrn 19211]; died at Melbourne East 28th March 1903 aged 12 years and was interred in plot 61-6 at the Barnawartha Cemetery on 30th March 1903 [vrn 2753] The Federal Standard, Chiltern, Friday, April 3, 1903 p3 c2 - OBITUARY - MISS M O’DONOGHUE We regret having to record the death of Mary, the twelve-year-old daughter of Mr D O?Donoghue, of Brown?s Plains, which sad event occurred in Melbourne on Saturday last, after a very brief illness. Her remains were brought to Barnawartha for interment on Monday and a large number of friends of the deceased gathered at the station to pay their last respects to her memory. The Rev Father Griffin officiated at the grave and Mr Greenhill conducted the interment.
